SmartFit Privacy Policy

Effective: 24 October 2026 · Android app com.ugk.smartfit, version 1.0.0 (25)
简体中文

This policy describes data handling by the SmartFit app and this support website. The service is identified as SmartFit. Privacy and support contact: mhgd3250905@gmail.com.

1. Scope

SmartFit provides a conversational workout home, an exercise library, local planning rules and templates, a workout player, records, and settings. No account is required. This version has no online AI key and does not enable online AI requests; existing AI entrances, prompts, and memory settings may remain visible. It has no advertising, behavioral analytics, or remote crash-reporting service.

2. Information processed on your device

The app stores the following in app-specific storage for local functionality:

The safety conversation may ask about pregnancy/postpartum status, recent surgery, exercise limitations, acute injury, and cardiovascular risks. Questions and your selections may be retained in recent conversation history, not just the final states. The app does not measure movement or health through the camera, microphone, location, Health Connect, or body sensors, and does not automatically recognize posture. Completion information comes from the local workout workflow.

3. App networking, components, and system backup

This version does not upload conversations, workout conditions, plans, records, or the device UUID to the developer's AI service. A public service address in the code does not mean requests are enabled. The app can download public exercise demonstrations on demand over HTTPS from Cloudflare Pages. Bundled and downloaded video may be served to the system WebView through a 127.0.0.1 / localhost loopback service. Loopback traffic stays on the same device and is not an internet upload. A media request includes the requested public file path and normal network request information. Cloudflare may process the IP address, request time, browser or client information, and technical logs for delivery, security, and infrastructure operation. The app does not append conversations, safety answers, workout plans, completion records, AI memories, or the device UUID to media requests. In addition to delivering media on our behalf, Cloudflare may process derived network data, such as traffic patterns and IP threat scores, for its own network security and service operation under its privacy policy. We do not use IP addresses to infer your location. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its processing rules. Components include Flutter, the system WebView, UGK training components, local preferences, and audio components.

System backup is separate from an upload performed by the app. This version retains Android's default backup behavior. Depending on Android version, backup choices, account settings, and device rules, the operating system may back up eligible preferences, conversations, workout records, and app files to the user's platform backup service, or transfer them to another device. This is provided by the platform, not a SmartFit cloud sync database, but data may leave the current device. Encryption, retention, restoration, and deletion follow the relevant platform's rules. We do not promise end-to-end encryption on every device or that all data always remains on one device.

4. Use, sharing, and support email

Local app data supports conversations, planning, workouts, history, safety limitations, and settings. This version does not upload those data to developer servers or sell them, and has no advertising or analytics SDK automatically sending them to third parties. System backup and transfer are described above.

If you choose to contact support through an external email service, the support contact uses your address, message, and attachments to address the issue. This is not an automatic app upload. Do not send passwords, keys, or unnecessary health information. You can ask the same address to delete information you supplied after the issue is resolved, subject to applicable legal or necessary security-record retention requirements.

5. Permissions and background playback

INTERNET supports HTTPS media downloads and local loopback media sockets; ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE lets media components observe connectivity. FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK, and WAKE_LOCK support a workout started by the user, including spoken guidance, chimes, timing, and keeping the screen awake.

The component may create a continuing training notification and a system media session, and holds a time-bounded wake lock during the session. Return to the player to pause or end the workout. The service is released at completion, when leaving the player, or when its page is disposed, with a short allowance for closing audio; removing the app task stops it. Pausing or muting does not necessarily stop the current session's service immediately. The service does not record audio, read body sensors, or upload workout data.

This version does not request runtime access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, broad file storage, activity recognition, body sensors, health platforms, advertising identifiers, or notifications.

6. Retention, deletion, and security

Local records and preferences remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Displaying recent history does not mean older underlying records have been deleted. Clearing media cache does not delete workout records; starting a new conversation or clearing memory affects those respective data only.

Use Android's app settings to clear SmartFit storage, or uninstall the app, to remove local app data. There is no developer-provided cloud account or workout sync database, and support cannot remotely delete your device records. Clearing or uninstalling does not guarantee deletion of system backups. Manage those copies in the platform's backup settings; reinstalling may restore old data.

The app uses operating-system isolation and app-specific storage. Device unlocking, manual copies, rooting, and system-security changes can affect protection. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.

7. Fitness use and minors

SmartFit is for general fitness demonstrations. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and before exercise if you have pregnancy/postpartum, injury, surgery, chronic illness, or other exercise-related risks. The app is intended for ages 13 and older, is not directed to children under 13, and does not create child accounts or display ads. Minors should follow their guardian's and qualified professionals' guidance.

8. This support website

This is a static information website. It has no analytics trackers, advertising, or submission forms, and does not intentionally set cookies. Cloudflare Pages delivers the website. Cloudflare may process visitor IP addresses, request times, browser and request information, and technical logs to deliver pages, provide security, and operate its infrastructure, under its own policies. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Email links open your email service, which handles information under its own rules.

9. Changes and contact
