SmartFit Terms of Use
1. Service and contact
These terms cover the SmartFit Android app com.ugk.smartfit and this support website. The service is identified as SmartFit. Contact mhgd3250905@gmail.com. Use the product in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
2. General fitness purposes
SmartFit provides exercise instructions, available built-in demonstrations, local plan templates, timing, and spoken cues. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. It does not provide motion capture, posture assessment, or medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Plans and demonstrations do not replace professional judgment.
3. Safe use
Answer safety questions accurately, exercise within your ability, and use a safe environment and equipment. Consult a professional first if you have pregnancy/postpartum, injury, surgery, chronic illness, or other exercise-related risks. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or other symptoms, and seek appropriate medical assistance. Minors should follow their guardian's and qualified professionals' guidance. These terms do not exclude rights provided by applicable law.
4. Current version and availability
Version 1.0.0 (25) requires no account, has no advertising or in-app purchases, and does not provide online AI replies. Existing AI entrances may remain visible. Not every exercise has a video. Features and media are limited to those actually provided in your version. Device, system, volume, background restrictions, and battery conditions can affect timing and audio; do not rely on a cue as your only safety measure.
5. Data and records
Read the Privacy Policy. Records are primarily stored on your device, while system backup or transfer may occur under platform settings. Clearing storage, uninstalling, or device failure may remove records. Support cannot recover device data that were not backed up.
6. Content and lawful use
App and third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Applicable licenses and attributions are listed in the app's About information and corresponding licenses. Do not unlawfully copy materials, misuse or disrupt the product, or infringe others' rights. These terms do not improperly restrict uses allowed by law.
7. Changes and support
Features and terms may change with updates. Material changes will be explained on the relevant page or in release notes. No particular workout result is guaranteed.
